1. Registration and Participation
Registration is binding however, it does not guarantee a class spot in the workshop.
As soon as we can affirm a spot, we will send you the invoice via e-mail.
Participation is at your own risk and the Alpine Jitterbugs Team accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, theft or the like.
2. Place Allocation:
Individual registrations will be put on a waiting list if there is a strong imbalance between leads and follows in classes. In order to increase your chances of getting a spot in classes, we recommend registering with a partner.
3. Registration with Partner:
If you want to register with a partner, please enter your partner\'s name in the registration field provided. Your partner has to dance the other role and must register for the same course and level. Both partners have to sign up because only then your registration will be valid as a partner registration. In case one partner\'s registration is missing, the registration will be considered as an individual registration and might be placed on the waiting list.
4. Payment and Confirmation of Registration
In order to affirm your registration and secure your class spot, payment is due within 7 days after sending the invoice (please check your Spam folder if you don\'t hear from us for a longer time!). If in-payment is missing on our account after 7 workdays, the registration expires and your class spot will be released again.
5. Cancellation:
In case you wish to cancel your participation in the workshop, the following refund policy will apply:
- Up to 6 weeks before the beginning of the event, the full fees will be refunded, excluding any transaction fees.
- until 10.01.25 100 % refund
- from 10.01.25 75 % refund
- from 10.02.25 50 % refund
- from 10.03.25 no more refund
- If the festival needs to be cancelled due to higher circumstances, 80 % of the fees will be refunded.
Please note: In case you want to cancel, yet your partner will still participate, we might have to put he/she on the waiting list.
As a Non-Profit Cultural Association, we cannot differ from our cancellation policies, as we would not be able, to cover our costs. Therefore the cancellation policies above apply.
